If you look at the recent polls and electoral map from the majority of the news media websites, it would tell you that Hillary Clinton is going to win the Presidency of the United States and Republican nominee Donald Trump is history. We can argue that citing different polls that show Trump ahead of Hillary like we did in one of our previous articles, instead we would focus on the strange happenings surrounding Trump’s candidacy. We call it strange, because no other candidate, especiallya political figure would have survived what Donald Trump endured and said. It’s not just the fact that the opposition has thrown whatever they can get their hands into; it’s also about what he said.
First of all, since the beginning of the race, all 16 of his Republican rivals and the media counted him out as not a serious candidate, discarded him as having no chance at all against career politicians, governors, senators, and the former first lady, the secretary of State. Yet, he stands and according to our measure, he has a very good chance to win the White House.
Consider politicians saying that he would ban Muslims from entering the United States even if it’s temporary and their career would be destroyed. Before this election, could you have imagined that a political candidate would say that he would build a wall along the southern border and Mexico would pay for it? He said those stuff and yet he stands closer to Presidency.
Donald Trump has spoken the mind of the people, who felt that they were left out by the elites in Washington. What he has achieved would continue to reverberate through the United States’ politics for years to come, even if he fails to win the Presidency.
